| Dr. Michael H. Ufberg
graduated from Temple University Medical School in Philadelphia. He then
completed his internship and residency at Hahnemann Medical College Hospital.
He is board-certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology and has
been in private practice since 1970. Dr. Ufberg is a clinical assistant
professor of gastroenterology, at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine,
and at Pennsylvania State University Medical School at Hershey. He is married
and has five children. His "after-hours" interests center around
physical fitness.

| Dr. Charles M. Brooks
graduated from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, where he also
completed his internship and residency training. He is board-certified in
internal medicine and gastroenterology and has been in private practice since
1976. Dr. Brooks is a clinical assistant professor of gastroenterology, at
Pennsylvania State University Medical School at Hershey. Dr. Brooks is married
and has three children. He is a tennis player, and his interests range from
baseball to Beethoven.

| Dr. Lawrence W. Bardawil
graduated from the Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and completed
his internship and residiency at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He is
board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology and has been in
private practice since 1985. Dr. Bardawil is a clinical assistant professor of
gastroenterology, at Pennsylvania State University Medical School at Hershey.
Dr. Bardawil is married and has two children. His interests include archeology,
classical music and films.

| Dr. Harry J. Pickle, IV
graduated from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and completed his
internship as well as his residency at Healtheast AFfiliated Hospitals.He is a
Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He
has been in private practice since 1990. Dr. Pickle is a clinical assisitant
professor of gastroenterology, at Pennsylvania State Univeristy Medical School
at Hershey. Dr. Pickle is married and has one son. His interests include golf,
numismatics, and travel.

| Dr. Sean Lacey
graduated from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey
and completed his internship and residency in internal medicine as well as his
fellowship in gastroenterology at Case Western Reserve in Cleveland. He is
board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology. He is married to Dr.
Stacey Lacey an internist/pediatrician. They have four children. His
"after hours" interests include spending time with his family,
sports, and travel.

| Mrs. Suzanne Amant
performed her undergraduate studies at Wellesley College. She completed her Master's Degree
as a Physician Assistant at DeSales University in 1999. She has been with Gastroenterology
Associates since graduation. Suzanne is married with two children. She enjoys spending time
with her family, travel, and sports, including running and scuba diving.

| Rosanne M. Day
graduated from DeSales University as a Physician Assistant. She received her Bachelor's
Degree from Temple University. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Rosanne
worked for many years as a Microbiology Technologist. She serves as a preceptor
to current DeSales Physician Assistant students. Rose is married with two
grown children. Her interests include skiing, hiking, and gardening.

Candice Cerracchio graduated from King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA with a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies plus a Minor Degree in Health Care Administration. She has been with Gastroenterology Associates since early 2004. Her free time is spent with her husband and her bulldog. She enjoys running, biking, kayaking, and traveling to her home state of Maine whenever possible.
