DIRECTIONS

Our main office in Allentown, is conveniently located at 3131 College Heights Blvd.The building is visible from
the intersetion of Cedar Crest Blvd. and Chew Street, one block south of the Village West Mall The office is easily
accessible from routes 309 and 22, and by public transportation. We provide free parking for our patients in a
large off-street lot. We also maintain a satellite office in Tamaqua and Bethlehem for our patients in that area.
