APPOINTMENTS & OFFICE HOURS

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. When you schedule an appointment, a portion of time is set aside just for you. We make every effort to keep your waiting time short, but occasionally emergencies occur and we ask for your patience and understanding when such situations arise. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment, or you will be charged for the time we have reserved for you (Missed Appointment Fee Policy Letter). Other patients who are ill will appreciate your thoughtfulness.

NON URGENT CALLS & QUESTIONS

We encourage you to call if you need to contact us for any reason. Please place non-emergency calls office hours
so that we cay have access to your medical records. If you are calling for a prescription refill, have your pharmacy's number handy.

Should you need to speak with your physician, please indicate your problem and which doctor you prefer to talk with. He will return your call as quickly as possible if necessary, or after office hours are completed.

EMERGENCIES

Emergency care is always available. You can reach us after hours by calling 610-439-8551 or 610-770-7190. One of our physicians is on call twenty-four hours a day and will be notified by our answering service.

CONSULTATIONS

Our purpose is to provide you with the most comprehensive medical care possible in a professional and comfortable environment. We believe that open communication between doctor and patient is essential, and we want you to feel free to ask questions and discuss your concerns with us. We also want you to know that your medical records are completely confidential. We will not release your records or discuss your treatment without your written consent.
